Refund policy

If Idam isn't right for you, email portaldevsup@gmail.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Refunds are paid by Paddle, our reseller, to the card or account you paid with. It usually takes 5–10 working days to show up, depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

After a refund the licence key stops working. Idam finishes any uploads, then makes the drive read-only and later closes it. Your files are never deleted. They stay in your own storage, and you can copy them all back to your Mac with Idam or open them with free tools.

Storage costs

Your storage is billed by your own provider (for example Cloudflare), not by us, so we can't refund storage charges.
